My GM Rewards: Email + Landing Pages

I was tasked with creating a series of email designs and website landing pages specifically tailored for General Motors Rewards members. Recognizing the significance of these rewards programs, which aim to foster customer loyalty by acknowledging and rewarding repeat purchase behavior, I delved into the challenge.

The GM Rewards program serves as a strategic tool, providing customers with compelling incentives to choose the company repeatedly, thereby cultivating lasting consumer habits. Below, you'll find a selection of my designs, all meticulously crafted using the Adobe Suite:

 
 

The Ask: Create an email campaign for Cadillac cardmembers, inviting them to experience a night of elegance with My Cadillac Rewards. We aimed to promote the event effectively and collaborated closely with copywriter Katie Grainger to achieve this.

The Ask: Develop a landing page for Chevrolet's rewards members using Adobe XD. This page aimed to promote certified service and guide members on how to earn and redeem points. I collaborated with copywriter Julianna Fosco to create engaging and informative content. Once approved by the client, we expanded our efforts to design similar landing pages for other GM brands, including Cadillac, GMC, Buick, and GM Cross Divisional.
