My GM Rewards: Quarterly statements

The Ask: My GM Rewards sought to enhance their quarterly statement emails, targeting both engaged and unengaged non-cardmembers, as well as linked cardmembers. The goal was to optimize existing content, reinforce the program's value, and increase member engagement and understanding.

Our Approach: Collaborating closely with copywriter Tranell Slaughter, we developed three versions of the quarterly statement email, tailoring each to specific audience needs.
