Anniversary Email
The Ask: Buick sought to celebrate the loyalty of their customers with a special anniversary email campaign, recognizing the years owners have enjoyed their Buick vehicles. The client also aimed to promote their Certified Service offers while encouraging the download of the myBuick mobile app.
Our Approach: Collaborating closely with copywriter Jeturi Brown, we crafted a personalized anniversary email with a dynamic headline: "Congratulations on X years in your Buick," where "X" is tailored to each recipient. We seamlessly integrated promotions for Certified Service offers and highlighted the myBuick mobile app's benefits. To capture attention, I created a captivating masthead GIF featuring the new Buick Envista and lifestyle images of people enjoying their Buicks. The email concluded with imagery showcasing the latest Buick SUV lineup, providing a comprehensive and engaging experience for the recipients.

The Ask
Buick aimed to showcase the elegant and intentional design of the 2024 Buick Envision, targeting both current owners and potential buyers. The goal was to highlight key features such as the exterior design, interior space, and cutting-edge technology, including the ultra-wide 20" diagonal screen and available Google built-in compatibility. Additionally, the campaign sought to encourage the download of the myBuick mobile app for an enhanced ownership experience.
Our Approach
In collaboration with copywriter Jeturi Brown and under the guidance of ACDs Lauren Sanders (Art) and Jen Hansen (Copy), we developed the August Owner eNews email. The email featured a sleek, visually-driven design that emphasized the sophisticated elements of the 2024 Buick Envision. At the forefront was a highlight video, crafted to captivate viewers by showcasing the vehicle's exterior aesthetics, spacious interior, QuietTuning technology, and advanced tech features. The video was supported by carefully designed sections within the email that offered detailed insights into each highlighted aspect, appealing to both in-market and out-of-market audiences. To further engage the audience, we included a call-to-action encouraging the download of the myBuick mobile app, positioning it as an essential tool for enhancing the Buick ownership experience.
